Beschreibung

• Work with finance leadership to develop financial models including revenue and collections forecasting • Lead the production of quarterly internal financial reporting • Execute key reporting that provides visibility and actionable insights into operational trends & provides visibility into performance for employees • Provide ad-hoc analytics and query support to internal teams • Effectively communicate findings to stakeholders • Thoughtfully provide recommendations and creative alternatives to drive business growth

🎯 Anforderungen

• 2-4 years of experience in an analytics role or Master’s degree achievement preferred • Excellent analytical, statistical modeling, problem solving, and conceptual thinking abilities • Experience and comfort with Python, SQL and Excel • Comfortable handling sometimes ambiguously defined problems, developing creative solutions and delivering meaningful results • Analytically curious with the ability to proactively recognize insights and opportunities beyond the original project scope • Capable of managing multiple project timelines in a fast-paced environment • Efficient communication of statistical findings and explanations to non-analytics roles • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or Engineering • Experience with forecasting and budgeting • Experience working with loan data • Experience with PowerBI, SAS, Python, or R will also be valued
