Beschreibung

• Deliver live instruction virtually on Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement • Design and facilitate curriculum, training assets, hands-on exercises, and projects • Translate complex technical concepts into simple, digestible content for learners • Assess learner progress and adapt instruction based on varying skill levels • Provide individualized support, coaching, and feedback to learners • Foster an inclusive, supportive, and engaging learning environment • Stay current with Salesforce releases to continuously improve course content • Collaborate with internal teams to align training with company needs

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in any field of study required • Salesforce certifications required: Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Engagement Administrator, Marketing Cloud Engagement Consultant, Marketing Cloud Engagement Developer • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement • Strong understanding of: Data models and subscriber management, Content creation and dynamic personalization, Marketing automation and journey orchestration, Campaign analytics, Deliverability (Sender Authentication Package, IP/domain warming, etc.) • Proficient with SQL (can write complex queries without the use of AI) • Proficient with AMPscript (can write code blocks without the use of AI) • Experience working with other Salesforce products (such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data 360, etc.)
