Beschreibung

• Develop and own the client relationship throughout the lifecycle of the project. • Drive timelines and aim for on-time and on-budget delivery with successful completion of all in scope project work. • Identify project risks, develop risk response plans and monitor active issues • Own / host kickoff meetings, recurring touch points during the project, etc. and provide weekly status updates to stakeholders • Together, collaborate with the other team members from the Professional Services teams during the project, allocating resources and tracking project tasks. • Travel to customers on site as needed (ex: UAT, Go-Live, etc) • Mentor and coach team members to improve delivery and encourage skill development • Support development and adherence to internal project methodology

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of project management or program experience • Experience developing, managing and graphing timelines; ability to drive to goals and milestones • Experience with managing customer and vendor budgets and forecasting project resources • Strong attention to detail • Excellent judgment, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, relationship building skills and ability to achieve results • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present a polished, professional, and diplomatic image to all stakeholders • Understanding of Salesforce technology; Salesforce certifications such as ADM-201 and/or have previous experience working on Salesforce implementation projects • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university • Willing to travel (~10%)
