• 10+ years of professional experience in client relationships, account management, client success, business development, marketing, communications, leadership, consulting, or a related field • Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills • Comfortable having purposeful conversations and asking thoughtful questions • Sound judgment, initiative, and consistent follow-through • Comfortable using digital tools for communication and relationship management • Ability to work well independently and manage your own schedule and priorities • Values continued personal and professional growth
