• 10+ years of professional experience, with 5+ in marketing, digital strategy, or brand growth roles. • Proven ability to design and implement performance-based marketing campaigns. • Strong communication and storytelling skills across digital channels. • Proficiency with digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems. • Demonstrated success in lead generation, conversion optimization, or growth marketing. • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in an autonomous environment. • Based in the U.S. or Canada with reliable internet access.
