Beschreibung

• Productize enterprise mortgage-lender onboarding into a repeatable software product • Build tenant provisioning for configured enterprise environments, including organizational hierarchies, permissions, workflows, document types, and integration credentials • Design configuration-as-code workflows with diffing, pull-request review, environment promotion, and rollback • Build migration tooling for in-flight loan pipelines and historical data from Encompass and other legacy systems • Produce reconciliation reports for customer operations leadership • Extend release machinery with per-tenant feature flags, staged lender rollouts, and tenant-aware deployments • Build smoke tests and conformance suites for end-to-end integration validation • Ship production code on the first day and take on a mission-critical project within the first month • Improve the underlying engineering foundation rather than working around limitations

🎯 Anforderungen

• Evidence of having productized an implementation process • Configuration-as-code experience, including versioning, diffing, validating, and promoting customer configuration through environments • Experience with data migration under pressure, including validation, reconciliation, and a rollback plan • Multi-tenant experience (nice to have) • SRE-oriented mindset (nice to have) • Keen awareness of security risks (nice to have) • Comfort with infrastructure-as-code such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi (nice to have) • Experience extending CI/CD systems (nice to have) • Full-stack range (nice to have) • Willingness to work closely with implementation teams (nice to have) • TypeScript, React, Node/Express, GraphQL/Apollo, Postgres, AWS, Docker, Terraform, and testing experience reflected in the technology stack
