Beschreibung

• Serve as an escalation point for the Professional and Service Delivery Teams • Provide customer service to Logically’s customer base • Manage open tickets/projects and complete technical and operational tasks for project deliverables • Support quoting and scoping of Statements of Work • Lead technical conversations with customers, partners, and internal teams • Scope customer engagements and develop statements of work and work breakdown structures • Perform project risk analysis and implement mitigation plans • Develop project documents and technical architecture diagrams • Deploy, configure, test, and troubleshoot Logically solutions in customer environments • Install and configure Logically solutions in customer environments • Deliver technical training sessions and demonstrations remotely and/or on-site depending on customer engagement • Deliver implementation, maintenance, and related customer documentation • Collaborate with Sales, Project, and Service Delivery teams to complete projects • Communicate opportunities to customer project and account teams • Document and implement improvements to Professional Services engagement processes • Support other departments with technical escalations and service tickets as directed by Professional Services leadership

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred • Hands-on experience with Windows Server Operating Systems, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Citrix Technologies, Citrix Cloud, Azure VDI, VMware, Hyper-V, SAN Technologies, Fortinet, Extreme, SonicWall, ConnectWise, and Remote Access Services preferred • Extensive experience with server, cloud, and network architecture and deployment • 10+ years of IT administration and/or technical support experience, or equivalent • Effective verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers and management • Strong business acumen and ability to translate business requirements into appropriate solutions • Excellent listening skills and ability to handle difficult conversations and explain complex technical concepts clearly • Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships and facilitate collaboration • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment • Ability to communicate clearly about complex technical, architectural, and organizational problems and propose iterative solutions • Strong problem-solving skills • Ability to remain flexible and calm under pressure while managing multiple priorities • Proven team-environment experience, including leadership, presentation, planning, and communication skills
