Beschreibung

• Assess existing workflows and identify manual, repetitive, and high-friction activities suitable for automation. • Create Process maps and workflow analyses • Draft current-state and future-state workflow documentation • Prioritize automation use case inventory • Review program documentation to identify opportunities for summarization, standardization, and automation. • Document gap analysis summaries • Recommend automation use cases for documentation automation • Prepare Workflow decision trees and business rules • Support the identification of automation opportunities related to release readiness, deployment risk review. • Analyze incident response and root cause analysis workflows for automation potential. • Develop reusable AI prompts that enable automation of recurring operational tasks across the program. • Document business rules, requirements, and acceptance criteria for automation solutions.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or related discipline • 5+ years of experience as a Process Automation Engineer supporting enterprise IT or healthcare modernization programs • Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements for complex systems and application • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and requirements management processes • Experience facilitating stakeholder discussions and translating business needs into technical solutions • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience using collaboration and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Visio, or similar platforms
