Beschreibung

• Develop and maintain automation workflows and technical solutions that support priority automation initiatives across the program. • Develop automation workflows and scripts • Configure automation solutions supporting operational processes • Draft Technical documentation for implemented automations • Automate report generation and distribution workflows • Create reusable templates and automation scripts supporting recurring operational reporting • Draft documentation of reporting workflow automation logic and configuration • Integrate relevant program data sources, reporting systems, and operational artifacts to support automation solutions and decision-support workflows • Implement technical capabilities that support automation of release readiness checks, governance artifact processing, incident summaries, and draft RCA support • Create reusable automation assets, templates, and technical components that can be used across multiple teams and future program efforts • Test, refine, and maintain automation solutions to ensure reliability, usability, and alignment with evolving program needs

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or related discipline • 5+ years of experience as a Process Automation Engineer supporting enterprise IT or healthcare modernization programs • Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements for complex systems and applications • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and requirements management processes • Experience facilitating stakeholder discussions and translating business needs into technical solutions • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience using collaboration and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Visio, or similar platforms • U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident with the ability to obtain a Public Trust
