Beschreibung

• Serve as the CTO’s operational counterpart, converting technical vision into execution plans, sprint priorities, and team assignments • Provide leadership visibility into capacity, risk, timelines, and resourcing trade-offs • Own initiatives end-to-end from concept through production using AI-assisted development • Direct, review, and quality-check contract developers and vendors • Scope projects, establish standards, and ensure deliverables meet usability and quality expectations • Recruit, manage, and mentor a blended contractor/FTE team • Establish contractor onboarding, IP/security agreements, and knowledge-continuity practices • Build review processes and guardrails for safe, compliant, high-quality AI-generated work • Document systems, processes, and technical context to preserve institutional knowledge • Design, build, and validate systems supporting the transition away from Salesforce • Own the strategy, phasing, and execution of moving core workflows from Salesforce to an internally built platform • Manage data integrity, cutover risk, and change management during the Salesforce transition • Partner with the legacy development team on the shift to AI-first development • Oversee technical delivery of the patient-facing app and internal systems • Define roadmap, priorities, code review, CI/CD, and release-management practices • Ensure the platform and app meet healthcare data privacy and security standards, including HIPAA • Perform other duties as assigned to support Lumata Health’s goals and objectives

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field—or equivalent experience • Proven track record of owning and delivering production systems end-to-end in a hands-on engineering capacity • Experience working in fast-paced, high-autonomy environments with limited structure or resources • Experience overseeing or collaborating with contractors, vendors, or distributed teams • Exposure to healthcare environments, including HIPAA, PHI, and BAA considerations, or ability to quickly ramp up in regulated domains (preferred) • Strong full-stack capability and sound technical judgment • Deep fluency with AI-assisted coding tools and agentic workflows • Ability to independently build and ship solutions rapidly • Ability to take rough concepts through completion without heavy oversight • Ability to scope, direct, and quality-check contractor and vendor work • Strong quality and safety mindset, including guardrails, validation layers, and secure practices • Secure, private home office compliant with company data security, confidentiality, and HIPAA policies • Dedicated remote workspace with at least 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload internet bandwidth per person working from home • Ability to sit for prolonged periods and work at a computer • Ability to see, hear, speak, call, and virtually meet • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing • Camera must be on during virtual meetings and workspace must provide privacy
