Beschreibung

• Serve Lumelight clients and partners • Manage client relationships and coordinate resources • Oversee project timelines and ensure high-quality deliverables from project kickoff through completion • Plan, coordinate, and track client projects and deliverables • Gather, review, and process client onboarding and implementation materials • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and Lumelight • Facilitate meetings, respond to inquiries, provide status updates, and deliver project reports • Partner with the Data Team on accurate data collection, analysis, and timely client deliverables • Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the audit process • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and communicate solutions • Ensure client deliverables are accurate, complete, and meet quality and service standards • Maintain project documentation, client records, and communication logs • Support continuous improvement initiatives • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• High School Diploma required; college preferred • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in client services, account management, project coordination, customer support, or a related field • Experience in health benefits, insurance, healthcare, or professional services preferred but not required • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) and video conferencing • Required software: MS Suite, Teams • Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional service and support to clients with complex needs while managing multiple priorities • Superior problem-solving ability, preferably within a customer environment • Superior account management, time management, and organizational skills • Ability to quickly adapt to multiple priorities • Strong analytical and critical thinking ability • Excellent written and verbal communication • Demonstrated relationship-building skills, including engaging, persuading, debating, and gaining credibility with key parties involved throughout the audit process • Ability to work Monday through Friday, 40 hours a week, following an agreed-upon schedule • Ability to work extended hours and/or weekends during the busiest season of ACA reporting • Minimal travel required
