• Develop and implement a targeted prospecting strategy for small and medium-sized businesses • Manage responses to consultations and specific requests for proposals • Analyze business owners’ needs and challenges • Develop tailored recommendations for group benefits, including health insurance, disability and life protection, and retirement plans • Present proposals and convert sales opportunities into long-term partnerships • Maintain a regular field presence to build customer loyalty and retain accounts • Manage the sales pipeline • Monitor performance indicators accurately and prepare sales reports • Increase the visibility of group benefits offerings across the employee benefits sector

🎯 Anforderungen

• Proven experience in B2B sales prospecting • Knowledge of supplemental health insurance • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Valid Category B driver’s license required • Home-based position in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region • Daily travel to be arranged according to prospecting areas near your home
