Beschreibung

• Manage the full contract lifecycle, including intake, drafting, review, negotiation, execution, amendments, renewals, and close-out • Review contract requirements, provisions, pricing, scope, intellectual property, confidentiality, SLAs, and limitation of liability to identify risks and ensure compliance • Develop negotiation strategies and lead or support time-sensitive negotiations • Draft, revise, and prepare contract documents for internal review, approval, and signature • Coordinate contract reviews with Sales, Compliance, Finance, Legal, Information Security, and Management • Evaluate and manage amendments, change orders, and Statement of Work revisions • Maintain version control and auditable records of approvals and deviations • Administer executed agreements by tracking obligations, deliverables, milestones, renewals, and notice periods • Improve contract administration policies, systems, procedures, templates, standard clauses, and negotiation playbooks • Advise internal teams on contract interpretation and commercial terms • Maintain contract records and reporting; monitor metrics and KPIs and prepare leadership updates • Support commercial matters involving licensing agreements, data use arrangements, renewals, and new business

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalency • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar position • Experience in working on market research contracts preferred • Knowledge of legal terminology and principles relevant to commercial contracts • Ability to analyze legal documents for accuracy • Experience with contract management solutions • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
