Beschreibung

• Create and implement a Custom Recruitment plan on allocated Qualitative and Quantitative projects • Liaise with project stakeholders to increase internal completes and ensure panel growth • Coordinate Custom recruitment efforts for up to 25 live projects • Demonstrate complete confidence using all recruitment platforms and tools • Attend project-related meetings and share notes on agreed action plan • Create a custom recruiting strategy on assigned projects and monitor progress • Communicate recruitment updates, status, and issues to internal project teams • Proactively seek alternative Custom Recruitment strategies and provide improvement ideas • Assist in developing custom recruitment strategies to grow membership of the M3 Global Research panel • Provide feedback on project feasibility based on gathered market intelligence

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred • Relevant coursework in market research or healthcare preferred, but not required. • 0 – 1 year of market research experience • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated knowledge of English grammar rules • Fluent in French • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel) and quick learner of new technologies/software • Must have basic math skills, with the ability to calculate incidence rate, response rates profit, etc • Interest / natural curiosity or previous experience /exposure within the healthcare space • Exhibit strong critical thinking skills and take initiative to improve skills and troubleshoot proactively with PM using all available resources to support project success • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment to successfully meet study specific and departmental objectives. • Self-motivated and able to (re)prioritize tasks throughout the workday • Exceptional time management, organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask
