Beschreibung

• Manage all aspects of the project life cycle for data collection from initiation to completion. • Managing project budgets, communicating to the client on progress in field, trouble shooting and providing solutions to aid completion to deadline. • Ensuring that Profiles, Health standards are met on all aspects of the process. • Coordinating the day-to-day activities involved with running individual projects. • Resolving, recording and reporting issues that may jeopardize the team’s ability to complete the projects in a timely and cost effective manner. • Ensuring that projects are conducted in compliance with the ISO 20252 / 26362 standard, as represented in the Company’s Quality Manual and supporting procedures including industry guidelines and other regulatory- and client requirements such as Adverse Event Reporting.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience • Must have 1 -3 years’ experience in market research project management, preferably in healthcare • Experience in Healthcare data collections preferred • Demonstrated proficiency with Decipher or similar platform, Microsoft Office, advanced proficiency in Excel and Word • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet aggressive deadlines with a high level of detail. • Be a self-motivated individual with exceptional time management, organizational skills and attention to detail. • Able to work well & meet deadlines and under pressure. • Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Have strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Outlook, and Word. • Have well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills. • Have the ability to work autonomously and in a team environment to successfully meet departmental objectives. • Have the ability to manage multiple online research projects accurately and on-time in a fast-paced environment where moving deadlines and other changes often occur in real time.
