Beschreibung

• Coordinates and supports the business in providing actionable information (including analysis, reporting, pro formas) to support operational and strategic decision making. • Provides analytical and consultative support to operations management and key stakeholders. • Analyzes diverse sets of data including financial, operational, clinical and economic, to support strategic and operational decisions. • Interprets financial or other information on costs, prices, expenses, revenues and various clinical and operational measures to make recommendations to senior management. • Takes ownership of expense budgets for various functions within our organization, influencing profitability and supporting strategic investment decisions. • Involves leading cross-functional projects, enhancing financial processes, and fostering effective communication across all levels of the organization. • Manages and maintains accurate forecasts and budgets in collaboration with business partners, ensuring timely input into our system. • Navigates complex interdependencies to streamline forecasting processes effectively. • Provides detailed monthly reports on actual financial results, including insightful commentary. • Maintains close communication with business partners to ensure alignment with budgets, forecasts, and financial goals. • Drives efficiency and accuracy improvements in forecasting processes, from data collection to analysis. • Ensures stakeholders are informed and aligned with any changes affecting their areas of responsibility. • Completes month-end deliverables accurately, including variance analysis. • Prepares financial summaries for leadership presentations, including budget updates and forecasts. • Develops high-quality leadership reporting, offering actionable insights

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and 2+ years’ experience in a Financial Analyst or similar role or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Netsuite experience preferred • Requires analytical experience working with complex data sets • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required; Strong understanding of financial statements and core accounting concepts
