Beschreibung

• Represent the company with a comprehensive understanding of its product offering • Maximize sales performance by establishing strong customer relationships and understanding customer needs • Work directly with Sales and Sales leadership to maintain and grow business within assigned territories • Generate leads and provide customer service for key accounts • Perform market and competitive research to help Sales adjust sales techniques based on field interactions and results • Coordinate weekly, monthly, and annual sales efforts between the Sales Support Team and outside sales • Lead outbound calling and account coverage for a specified area of the United States • Define, create, and maintain a Customer Service team • Support and maintain internal sales processes from order through shipment, including quote processes, order acknowledgements/confirmations, and order status • Work with outside sales, Technical & Architectural Services, and inside sales teams to achieve the annual budget • Define, create, and maintain a trained Inside Sales team for a defined customer segment • Collaborate with sales leadership to create and maintain an Inside Sales strategy • Generate and standardize KPIs and report on sales budget achievement • Build a motivated, customer-centric, continuously improving team culture • Manage and lead the Outbound Call Specialist and create KPIs tied to annual budget delivery • Assess talent and manage team performance • Perform additional projects, duties, or assignments as directed by management

🎯 Anforderungen

• 4-year business degree and 5 years relevant experience in managing a customer service/inside sales team • 10+ years of sales and leadership experience in lieu of degree • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Experience managing, directing and motivating a team • Ability to multitask and set priorities • Efficient with strong organizational skills • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Suite products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, etc.) • Ability to be trained in company-specific software • Various business systems experience required (ERP, CRM) • Ability to travel 10–30% to visit facilities, customers and suppliers • Valid Driver’s License • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Must not require current or future employment visa sponsorship
