Beschreibung

• Partner with company presidents and leadership teams to identify high-value opportunities for Marmon capabilities to improve business performance • Connect Marmon Retail businesses with Marmon Centers of Excellence, subject-matter experts, tools, and resources • Translate enterprise methodologies and best practices into practical, sustainable business-specific approaches • Establish objectives, ownership, milestones, and success measures for capability deployment initiatives • Lead or facilitate cross-functional transformation initiatives improving profitable growth, margin, operational performance, customer value, and organizational effectiveness • Assess priorities, performance gaps, and execution barriers • Develop transformation roadmaps aligned with company strategy and operating priorities • Remove barriers and ensure improvements are embedded into normal business practices • Identify opportunities to scale successful practices and share learning across Marmon Retail • Advise the Group President, company presidents, and senior leadership teams on transformation priorities and execution risks • Maintain portfolio visibility of transformation initiatives, dependencies, progress, outcomes, and leadership-attention areas • Promote collaboration, transparency, and knowledge sharing across Marmon Retail businesses and Marmon COEs

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations, finance, marketing, information technology, or a related field • 15 or more years of progressive leadership experience in business transformation, general management, operational excellence, strategy deployment, consulting, commercial excellence, technology-enabled transformation, or enterprise change • Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives across multiple businesses, divisions, or operating companies • Experience applying one or more relevant disciplines, such as strategy and marketing management, Lean, 80/20, information technology, digital transformation, or innovation • Proven ability to influence senior leaders, facilitate difficult decisions, and drive results without direct authority • Strong financial and business acumen, including the ability to connect transformation priorities to measurable business outcomes • Enterprise perspective with the judgment to tailor solutions to individual business needs • Credibility and executive presence with company presidents and senior leadership teams • Practical, hands-on orientation with the ability to move from strategy to implementation • Clear communication, facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder-management skills
