Beschreibung

• Assist with the strategy, design, and launch of new and enhanced insurance products • Support the full product lifecycle from ideation and market research to regulatory approval, market launch, and post-launch optimization • Assist with driving profitable growth and ensuring offerings meet customer needs • Collaborate with insurance carriers and Managing General Agents to develop new and revised forms and manuals • Recommend modifications in response to department of insurance objections • Coordinate product launches with Actuarial and State Filings teams • Define and assist with the architecture of the product vision • Prepare competitor comparisons and identify market opportunities • Assist with developing project roadmaps • Coordinate end-to-end processes with stakeholders • Ensure products comply with state and federal regulations and maintain supporting documentation • Monitor industry trends and the competitive landscape • Partner with Actuarial, State Filings, and Sales teams on client product development initiatives • Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to project teams

🎯 Anforderungen

• Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in product development and insurance compliance • Extensive experience in insurance product development within the insurance industry • In-depth knowledge and experience developing proprietary and bureau-based programs and exceptions • Ability to review and interpret bureau circulars • Deep knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance products and associated regulatory environments • Ability to assist with complex, cross-functional initiatives and drive results collaboratively • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment • Proactive mindset with strong analytical skills and ability to navigate ambiguity • Experience with SERFF, ISOnet, Wrike, APCIA, Wolters Kluwer, and IRMI preferred
