Beschreibung

• Execute on the strategy and vision for a component of Mastery's Transportation Management System • Develop an understanding of Mastery's users and act as an advocate for their needs • Collaborate with stakeholders to align product requirements to client needs and Mastery’s strategic vision • Gather product requirements, prioritize features and backlogs, and improve user experience • Work with engineering team(s) to evaluate, implement, and deliver solutions that solve user challenges • Build and maintain supporting documentation relating to your product(s) and feature(s) • Design metrics for monitoring the success and impact of features.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3+ years of experience in product management, prior Logistics or Supply Chain experience preferred • Experience launching Enterprise B2B SaaS products • CSPO or equivalent certifications preferred • Demonstrated ability to frame and decompose complex problem statements into clear solutions • Compassion and empathy for users and solving their problems • Driven to generate outcomes and iterate to achieve results • Persuasive and able to lead through influence • Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills • Clear passion for technology products and an ability to identify possibilities to innovate in our product space.
