Beschreibung

• Conduct in-depth market research to discover acquisition opportunities aligned with MCI's strategic objectives • Initiate phone and email contact with potential acquisition targets to gather insights and gauge interest • Prepare concise, data-driven summary reports with recommendations for the CEO and M&A team • Maintain and update a pipeline database of potential acquisition targets • Support ongoing M&A initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscapes to identify emerging opportunities

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field • 0–2 years of experience in finance, business development, or M&A • Strong research and analytical capabilities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines • Self-starter with attention to detail and a proactive mindset • Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based • Must be willing to submit to a Level II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint • Must be willing to submit to drug screening
