Beschreibung

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers • Upsell existing products and services • Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts courteously, timely, and professionally • Answer customer questions and sell appropriate products and services using knowledge bases and training • Understand customer needs and resolve customer issues • Research systems for missing information and coordinate with other departments • Complete account management tasks using systems and technology • Document and process customer orders accurately • Follow required scripts, policies, and procedures • Protect confidential and personal information • Escalate customer issues to appropriate staff and managers • Attend meetings and training and review new training materials • Maintain program, system, and process knowledge • Adhere to attendance and work schedule requirements • Support best-in-class customer experiences across the country

🎯 Anforderungen

• Must be 18 years of age or older • High school diploma or equivalent • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills • Typing speed of 20+ words per minute • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) • Basic understanding of Windows operating system • Reliable attendance and punctuality • Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues • Aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation • Customer-service orientation • Ability to multitask, stay focused, and self-manage • Strong team orientation and customer focus • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills • Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based • Must be willing to submit to a Level II background and/or security investigation with fingerprinting • Must be willing to submit to drug screening • One year of customer service, technical support, inside sales, back-office, chat, or administrative support experience in a contact center environment (preferred, not required) • State or Federal work experience (preferred, not required)
