Beschreibung

• Responsible for designing electrical systems and performing design calculations. • Review, signing and sealing of projects. • Review submittals, RFIs, change orders, preparation of record drawings, site visits, inspections and participation in commissioning work. • Writing and editing of electrical equipment specifications, selecting equipment, electrical systems and devices. • Ensure jobs are completed accurately, within deadlines and on budget.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 4+ years of Professional Electrical Engineering design experience in the construction industry. • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. • Valid Electrical Professional Engineer (PE) license. • Experience in load planning and programming a plus. • Coding experience a plus. • Experience designing power systems for data centers, commercial offices, manufacturing facilities, medical buildings, or other large commercial projects. • Experience working independently, managing priorities and providing mentorship to junior staff. • Strong understanding of National and International Building Codes and NFPA Standards. • Advanced knowledge of equipment power requirements, including large scale standby and emergency power system, including interactive generator controls systems. • Experienced in producing Protective Device Coordination and Arc Flash studies is preferred. • Experienced with Medium Voltage equipment selection and specifications is preferred. • Ability to think strategically and demonstrate flexibility in order to achieve long-range objectives. • Self-motivated, comfortable with ambiguity and motivated to work as a team. • Top-notch organization, attention to detail combined with excellent written and oral communication skills. • Proficiency with MS Office, AutoCAD, BlueBeam, BIM and Revit.
