Beschreibung

• Partner with Account Executives in the US and EMEA on complex enterprise opportunities • Lead discovery sessions with sustainability, asset management, finance, and IT stakeholders • Translate global sustainability regulations (e.g., CSRD, SEC Climate Disclosure, local building performance standards) into platform-based solutions • Deliver tailored, value-oriented product demonstrations • Build solution architectures and implementation roadmaps • Lead and contribute to high-quality RFP and security questionnaire responses • Address data integration, API, and technical architecture questions • Proactively remove technical objections to accelerate sales cycles • Quantify operational savings, risk mitigation, and compliance efficiencies • Support ROI modeling and executive-level business cases • Articulate how Measurabl improves NOI, reduces OPEX, and strengthens sustainability reporting and capital market positioning • Assist in expansion and cross-sell opportunities within existing portfolios • Serve as the voice of the customer to Product and Engineering • Identify recurring integration or workflow friction points • Support roadmap prioritization with market-backed insight • Stay current on sustainability regulations and decarbonization trends impacting commercial real estate

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5–10+ years in Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, Sustainability Consulting, or commercial real estate technology • Deep familiarity with commercial real estate ownership and asset management workflows • Strong understanding of sustainability reporting, decarbonization strategy, or building performance regulations across the US and Europe • Experience supporting or leading complex RFP responses • Technical fluency with APIs, data integration, technical infrastructure, AI, business intelligence tools, and SaaS platforms • Ability to speak fluently with sustainability leaders, CFOs, asset managers, and IT stakeholders • Exceptional communication skills and executive presence • Metrics-driven and revenue-oriented
