Beschreibung

• Lead cross-functional work and help teams deliver high-quality outcomes • Manage multiple client projects using project management best practices • Build and maintain detailed project plans, assessing dependencies, risks, and timelines • Partner with Account, Strategy, Creative, Media, and Technology teams • Lead or support client communications and contribute to meetings • Manage project budgets, scope, and financial forecasts • Collaborate with resourcing and finance partners to staff projects effectively • Proactively identify and escalate risks • Lead retrospectives and contribute to process improvements • Support proposal development and new business efforts • Leverage modern tools, including AI-powered project management solutions, to improve efficiency

🎯 Anforderungen

• Approximately 2–12+ years of experience • Experience managing digital or integrated marketing projects (agency experience a plus) • Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple concurrent projects • Confidence communicating with clients and internal teams • Familiarity with creative, strategy, media, and technical workflows • Flexibility across waterfall, hybrid, or agile approaches • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset • Interest in mission-driven or nonprofit work
