Beschreibung

• Lead, develop, and motivate Cardiac Rhythm Management service employees • Deliver education and technical expertise in hospitals, clinics, and other care settings to physicians and allied health professionals • Lead execution of CRM service strategy, programs, new technology solutions, and key initiatives • Optimize service resources, efficiency, and new service models • Partner with sales teams to achieve implant, revenue, inventory, and expense goals • Manage the CRM Service Team and support implant and revenue goals • Provide feedback, coaching, performance reviews, goal setting, development discussions, and corrective actions for direct reports • Recruit and hire CRM Clinical Specialists and maintain a diverse talent bench • Collaborate with sales teams, regional and district leadership, and other stakeholders • Align resources with business priorities and service demands • Ensure effective use of inventory, expenses, and assets • Apply Customer Focused Quality Concepts

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's Degree • 5 years of successful healthcare experience, such as in a hospital, clinic, or medical device company • Experience in or knowledge of Cardiac Rhythm Management service coverage for implants and follow-ups • Knowledge of the local cardiac customer base • Experience in sales, marketing, training, healthcare, technical services, or related medical device industry areas • Training and experience with Lean Sigma principles • Demonstrated business acumen • Demonstrated leadership involving coaching and employee development • Critical and strategic thinking ability • Ability to execute strategy • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications • Frequent travel to customer clinics, hospitals, and offsite meetings • Ability to be independently mobile • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing through electronic devices • Ability to handle equipment and supplies weighing up to 35 pounds • Ability to sit, stand, and/or walk for up to eight-plus hours per day • Ability to wear a 5–7-pound lead apron for extended periods • Ability to manipulate objects, tools, and controls • Ability to bend, stoop, or balance while manipulating cables or managing inventory • Required close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment • For foreign baccalaureate degrees, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at hire and throughout employment; sponsorship is not offered below Principal level
