Beschreibung

• Provide real-time procedural assistance for Surgical Centers of Therapy within the aligned territory • Offer technical expertise and troubleshooting support for product usage • Serve as a resource for physicians and surgical teams in the operating room • Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries during on-site procedures • Communicate customer needs and concerns to colleagues and the Surgical Account Manager • Perform equipment and software upgrades • Conduct equipment fleet audits • Lead in-service training for physicians, residents, and surgical staff • Support Resident Labs, MedEd courses, Regional Peer Education, and Continuing Education programs • Assist with product trials, implementation, conversions, and product adoption strategies • Maintain accurate tracking and availability of surgical products • Achieve or exceed sales objectives through product utilization and customer engagement • Secure base business and expand new accounts • Generate and track leads in Salesforce (SFDC)

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree with 1 year of relevant experience • 1+ year of B2B sales experience with documented sales success preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams • Strong drive for results, action orientation, work ethic, and career ambition • Ability to develop and present complex product demonstrations • Valid driver's license • Must reside within the Madison/Milwaukee territory and drive to multiple accounts throughout the region • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required at the time of hire and for the duration of employment • For baccalaureate degrees earned outside the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required • Ability to comply with credentialing requirements at supported hospitals or clinics
