Beschreibung

• Own 2–4 major features or enhancements from initial concept through live adoption • Collaborate with operations leaders, clinical staff, and field teams to scope requirements and understand problems • Build business cases connecting features to strategic goals • Write clear, detailed user stories for developers • Answer developer questions about requirements and edge cases • Design and execute communication plans for product changes • Ensure training materials and deployment plans support field staff with varying digital literacy • Monitor post-launch adoption and iterate based on field usage • Use data to prioritize development and assess feature effectiveness • Partner with the Product Analyst to troubleshoot issues and gather user feedback • Manage outsourced development teams and hold them accountable to deadlines • Report to the VP of Product and work with operations, clinical leadership, development teams, and the Product Analyst • Focus on eliminating manual work, improving productivity, maintaining quality, and delivering business outcomes at scale

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree required • 2–5 years of product management experience; closer to 5 years preferred • Healthcare services experience required, preferably across multiple healthcare areas • Experience with design-driven development or user-centered design approaches • Ability to write clear user stories • Sufficient Salesforce knowledge for informed discussions about capabilities • Comfortable reading technical documentation and translating it for non-technical audiences • Ability to scope work realistically and challenge unreasonable timelines • Ability to build and maintain plans • Experience with Salesforce strongly preferred • Experience with RCM solutions preferred • Experience with outsourced or offshore development teams is a plus • Ability to tailor communication to executives, clinical staff, field teams, and developers • Ability to influence without authority across stakeholder groups • Comfortable with ambiguity and resolving issues independently • Determination to handle unexpected issues and roadblocks • High-velocity delivery mindset without sacrificing quality • Empathy for non-technical end users • Willingness to perform tactical work when needed • Ability to consider ROI, unit economics, business outcomes, and prioritization
