Beschreibung

• Work on research-level physics problems in the applicant’s own subfield • Depending on publication record, create problems, solve them, review completed work, or audit it • Produce complete written reasoning that another specialist can independently follow and verify • Agree on the specific research area and assignment after matching • Complete the application form with education, research experience, method self-attestation, and selected research areas • Provide an arXiv ID or DOI, author position, and demonstrated methods for each selected area • Participate in a short live alignment call if required • Complete a 30–45 minute assessment if needed • Work approximately 10 hours per week across an 8–10 week window, starting immediately • Contribute to projects training and enhancing frontier AI systems

🎯 Anforderungen

• PhD in mathematical physics, theoretical physics, or mathematics (hard requirement) • Published work on at least one specified phenomenon, not merely an adjacent area • Verifiable publication record with three to five representative papers including arXiv IDs or DOIs, ideally from the last five years • First-author publication record strongly preferred • Postdoctoral researchers, research scientists, junior faculty, and senior PhD students with a strong first-author record are invited to apply • Working proficiency with LaTeX, Python, SymPy, and Jupyter • Familiarity with an agentic coding extension in VS Code is useful but not required • English proficiency at B2 or above, including written reasoning • Ability to provide clear, independently verifiable written reasoning • Ability to demonstrate expertise in at least one listed research area and its specific methods • Independent contractor status • Unable to support H1-B or STEM OPT candidates at this time
