Beschreibung

• Partner with Sales to provide technical expertise during business development and proposal efforts. • Interpret project specifications and guide estimation and design teams. • Contribute to RFI/RFP responses and technical documentation. • Develop scalable, standards-compliant power system architectures. • Ensure designs meet performance, reliability, and operational goals. • Evaluate and select components based on technical and commercial criteria. • Recommend design optimizations and alternative solutions. • Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and thermal engineering teams. • Refine solutions based on customer and stakeholder feedback. • Represent IEM at industry events and promote technical solutions. • Mentor teams and support training initiatives to scale expertise. • Influence technical and commercial strategies to differentiate IEM solutions. • Advocate for technology integration and digital transformation.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelors in electrical engineering (Master’s degree preferred) • 5+ years in power system architecture • Expertise in UL, IEEE standards and industry practices • Strong analytical and communication skills • Preferred experience: • Experience in OEM • Microgrid applications • Power equipment sales or commercial collaboration • Innovation leadership and vendor engagement
