Beschreibung

• Serve as the primary technical design and project management lead for non-parking launches in the Recognition portfolio • Manage high-stakes deployments from initial planning through go-live handoff • Develop scalable processes and operational strategies to mitigate risks • Oversee complex technical architectures and deliver recognition solutions with consistent quality • Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, resource requirements, schedules, and risk registers • Define system specifications and ensure architectural integrity from kickoff through go-live • Define scopes of work for third-party integrators, manage timelines and budgets, and conduct site audits • Serve as the primary point of accountability and contact for customers • Collaborate with Support to coordinate technical execution and hand off fully deployed environments • Identify problematic trends in deployment processes and propose solutions to reduce administrative overhead • Set quality-gating criteria and ensure system functionality matches agreed project scope

🎯 Anforderungen

• 10+ years of experience in technical project management, specifically leading complex infrastructure or security-related deployments • Demonstrated experience with large-scale field deployments and operational support for distributed hardware • Familiarity with enterprise IP video cameras and systems, such as Axis, Avigilon, and Genetec • Advanced skills in risk mitigation, stakeholder management, budgeting, and sophisticated communication strategies • Proven ability to resolve a wide range of issues in creative ways and work with a high degree of autonomy • Comfort with AI tooling • Ability to translate complex customer requirements into scalable technical designs and standardized deployment architectures • Ability to support regional business development activity and address coverage gaps • Experience in a high-growth or technology-driven company • Familiarity with software-centric computer vision solutions • Familiarity with TypeScript, React, Scala, Java, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, AWS, Git, GitHub, Copilot on GitHub, and Datadog
