🎯 Anforderungen

• 5–8 years of construction experience (Construction Manager, Project Manager) • 3–5 years of commercial construction experience (Site Superintendent) • Strong leadership and project management skills • Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, Word, and project management software • Ability to read and interpret construction plans • Valid Driver’s License • Commitment to safety and quality • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
