Beschreibung

• Develop and implement strategies to increase market share through targeted commercial and/or government hospitals • Promote and sell the Company’s surgical products and tissues • Drive sales growth and achieve defined sales performance goals • Identify and execute on market opportunities by implementing marketing strategies • Conduct presentations to agencies, customers and prospects on company products • Research and resolve commission issues • Develop collaborative relationships with internal support teams • Provide accurate and timely reporting and tracking of sales activities • Maintain awareness of industry activities and local market knowledge

🎯 Anforderungen

• BS/BA in related discipline • 2-5 years of experience in related field with 1-3 years of progressive responsible positions, or verifiable ability • MS/MA and 1-3 years of experience in related field preferred • Certification is required in some areas • 3-4 years of experience in the medical device, biotechnology, and tissue segments of the healthcare industry preferred • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (i.e. Excel, PowerPoints, etc.) • Ability to influence others to achieve desired results
