Beschreibung

• Partner with enterprise customers to understand business strategy, drivers, and constraints, and translate them into technology direction • Assess current-state technology landscapes and design coherent target-state architectures aligned with business objectives • Develop transformation roadmaps balancing business value, risk, cost, and operational reality • Establish architecture principles, standards, and reference models • Evaluate trade-offs across cloud, container, infrastructure, and AI options • Make clear, defensible recommendations on technology fit within the broader landscape • Serve as a trusted advisor and translator between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams • Present architectures, roadmaps, and rationale to customer executives and hands-on engineers • Engage on-site with customers across regions during discovery, design, and advisory activities

🎯 Anforderungen

• Ability to think holistically about enterprise technology and connect technology decisions to business goals • Broad fluency across private cloud platforms, including OpenStack • Experience with Mirantis OpenStack for Kubernetes (MOSK) preferred • Knowledge of Kubernetes-based container platforms, including Mirantis k0s and Mirantis Kubernetes Engine (MKE) • Knowledge of multi-cluster management tools such as Mirantis k0rdent • Understanding of workload orchestration across clusters and environments • Understanding of VMware vSphere estate modernization, virtualization strategy, and migration paths • Knowledge of bare-metal provisioning and physical infrastructure lifecycle • Experience with automation such as Ansible, Terraform, or equivalent infrastructure-as-code and configuration-management approaches • Understanding of cloud and container platform components and how they fit together • Understanding of enterprise AI infrastructure, model serving, inference stacks, data, security, and governance implications • Strong ability to communicate architecture and rationale to business and technical audiences • Ability and willingness to travel, primarily within the EU and US • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience • 10+ years across infrastructure or platform engineering, including customer-facing architecture or advisory experience • Familiarity with Software-Defined Networking (SDN) nice to have • Familiarity with Software-Defined Storage (SDS) nice to have • Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or equivalent nice to have • Exposure to hybrid or multi-cloud strategy and workload portability nice to have • Additional European language skills beyond English nice to have • Relevant cloud or container industry certifications nice to have
