Beschreibung

• Work with customers, colleagues, stakeholders, partners, vendors and other resources to improve customer experience • Assess customers' business strategy, drivers and constraints • Analyze current-state technology landscapes, application portfolios, external drivers, certifications, corporate resources, pain points and challenges • Collaborate with customers to address current-state shortcomings • Use Mirantis products and experience to transform existing landscapes into coherent, stable, secure and future-proof platforms • Provide defensible reasoning for recommendations • Become a trusted customer advisor • Work with Mirantis product teams to support further development and eliminate shortcomings • Present architectures, roadmaps and rationale to executives and hands-on engineers • Engage on-site with customers across regions during discovery, design and advisory processes

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field • Extensive architecture and engineering experience across infrastructure or platform engineering • Customer-facing architecture or advisory experience • Ability to think about the enterprise holistically and connect technology decisions to business goals • Broad fluency across private cloud platforms including OpenStack • Kubernetes-based container platforms • Multi-cluster management concepts and tooling • Workload requirements • Understanding of VMware vSphere environments, virtualization strategy, and migration paths • Bare-metal provisioning and physical infrastructure lifecycle • Data center concepts • Understanding of cloud or container platform components and their integration • Subject matter expertise in at least one area, such as networking • Experience with at least one programming language, such as Python or Go • Strong written and spoken communication skills for business and technical audiences • Ability and willingness to travel, primarily within the EU and US • Additional European language skills beyond English are nice to have • Experience with Mirantis products and services is nice to have • Familiarity with SDN, SDS, workload orchestration, AI inference requirements, enterprise architecture frameworks, hybrid or multi-cloud strategy is nice to have
