Beschreibung

• Maximize revenue and ensure customer satisfaction throughout retail locations in an established territory • Train, coach, and drive sales revenue across Millwork, In-Home, and Pro sales departments • Manage account relationships and provide support for the full Therma-Tru / Larson/ Fiberon product line • Build long-lasting relationships with stakeholders • Execute product knowledge sessions for retail staff • Implement sales initiatives to meet and exceed sales goals • Collaborate with distributor partners and internal teams to align on sales programs and new product launches • Provide feedback to marketing and product teams on sales messaging, product performance, and point-of-purchase (POP) materials

🎯 Anforderungen

• 1+ year of sales experience (ideally client facing) • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Strong communication skills and enjoys talking with people and building long-lasting relationships • Ability to prioritize competing tasks, create action plans, and follow through to completion • Coursework or college degree in Business, Sales, or similar field of study • Field sales experience • Understanding of sales process and cycle • Background in the building materials or millwork industry (e.g. windows, doors, decking, railing, plumbing) • Familiarity working with any CRM platform (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics, etc) • Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time to ensure full region coverage
