Beschreibung

• Design and deliver scalable, maintainable systems across application, data, and AI layers • Lead development of distributed, cloud-native applications integrating APIs, data platforms, and AI or ML components • Design systems incorporating real-time data, event-driven patterns, and intelligent services • Implement LLM integrations, RAG patterns, and AI-enabled features in production systems • Ensure systems meet performance, reliability, and security expectations • Guide teams on microservices, CI/CD, and DevOps patterns • Make pragmatic architecture and trade-off decisions • Work directly with client stakeholders to understand problems, define solutions, and align outcomes • Lead discovery efforts, technical assessments, and early-stage solution design • Facilitate working sessions and architecture discussions • Translate business needs into executable technical approaches • Build trusted client relationships • Partner with account and sales leads to shape and win new work • Contribute to proposals, estimates, solution approaches, and follow-on opportunities • Lead delivery across engagements, maintaining alignment with goals, timelines, and budget • Coordinate engineering, design, product, and data disciplines • Identify and address risks • Focus on working software and measurable outcomes • Mentor engineers and grow technical leadership • Contribute to hiring and internal practices • Support AI-enabled systems and modern architecture initiatives

🎯 Anforderungen

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Deep architectural experience • Product focused engineering experience • Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed environment • Strength in Python, TypeScript and adjacent technologies for building AI/ML applications • 10+ years of experience leading and delivering software solutions • Track record of client/stakeholder satisfaction • Experience integrating data platforms, machine learning, or AI capabilities into applications • Familiarity with data pipelines, streaming, and data modeling • Experience working in consulting, agency, or client-service environments • Exposure to mentoring junior engineers or technical leadership responsibilities • Contributions to open-source projects, technical blogs, or conference presentations are a plus • Must be located in one of the following states: RI, CO, AZ, CT, FL, MA, MD, ME, MO, NC, NH, NJ, NV, NY, OR, PA, SC, TN or UT • Must be eligible to work in the United States now and in the future without sponsorship
