Beschreibung

• Lead a portfolio of Retail Territory Managers and Merchandisers across multiple territories • Conduct regular field visits to assess execution, build relationships, and support RTMs • Ensure rollout of sales priorities, customer plans, and merchandising programs in-store • Partner with RDR and RVPs to align district strategy with broader business goals • Oversee merchandising programs, promotional rollouts, and compliance standards • Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities • Maintain communication with RTMs and Customer Business Teams to ensure execution of sales programs • Recruit, develop, and train RTMs and the Retail Sales Team • Review and analyze sales routes for maximum efficiency; coach teams and adjust deployment schedules • Drive a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement • Meet quarterly objectives, Perfect Store, and Scorecard KPI metrics • Build customer relationships and deliver flawless in-store execution for Mondelēz International’s snack products

🎯 Anforderungen

• High School Diploma required • Bachelor’s degree preferred • 5–7 years of retail leadership experience, preferably in direct store delivery (DSD) or consumer packaged goods (CPG) • Proven success managing multi-site teams and driving sales performance • Strong analytical, communication, and coaching skills • Ability to travel across the district territory as needed • Ability to develop direct reports and others through daily coaching and mentoring • Awareness of qualitative and quantitative aspects of managing a diverse group of direct reports • Skilled in communicating with a broad range of Mondelēz employees and store personnel • Ability to listen and understand fully before making decisions • Ability to motivate direct reports using varied methodologies • Ability to plan strategies addressing organizational initiatives while operating cost-efficiently • Ability to understand employee performance and perspective through effective questioning • Ability to build effective teams through coaching and motivational skills
