Beschreibung

• Champion our design principles in all of your work. • Explore broadly before converging. Diverge on layout, structure, and approach — then pick a direction and commit • Lead design on core platform initiatives from concept through craft • Translate dense technical workflows into experiences humans can actually understand • Partner with engineers to prototype real interactions — in code, not just clickable Figma • Build and extend our design system in production, using tools like Claude Code alongside engineering • Challenge the conventional answer when it isn't the right one. Quietly, with better work • Raise the bar for the whole team through what you ship

🎯 Anforderungen

• 4-6 years of product design experience, ideally with time spent at early-stage or fast-moving startups. • A considered portfolio with zoomed-in detail and zoomed-out strategy. • Craft obsession: Strong command of design foundations like typography, space, color theory, as well as UX clarity, and micro-interaction care. • Comfort prototyping with code. You're not afraid to open a terminal, work next to engineers, or use AI tooling like Claude Code to ship real components • A bias toward building. You don't think the design is done when the Figma is • Strong inclination toward collaboration, comfort operating independently and remotely • The ability to tell stories, and push past the obvious • Experience designing for technical audiences a plus (developers, security engineers, DevOps) • Figma mastery — it's our tool of choice, but increasingly not the only one • Speak the web — read HTML and CSS without flinching. Inspect and edit a page comfortably. If you can write some, even better. If you've shipped real code, better still.
