Beschreibung

• Work on initiatives to improve credit underwriting, boost growth and/or manage portfolio risk • Support the design and rollout of new lending strategies by identifying data patterns and translating them into insights • Monitor existing strategy performance and iterate to improve it • Collaborate with engineering, marketing, product, risk and control teams to design and deliver product changes • Develop, maintain and monitor credit models assessing the net present value of new lending cohorts • Build and maintain database tables and dashboards for rapid, data-driven decisions • Support the design and rollout of new products and customer journeys • Assess how lending portfolios for particular products will perform over time

🎯 Anforderungen

• Experience in unsecured retail lending, such as personal loans, credit cards, overdrafts or buy now pay later • Understanding of the unsecured retail lending market and pricing dynamics’ impact on portfolio performance • Understanding of lending economics • Experience developing and deploying underwriting strategies • Strong analytical and data capabilities • Technical coding skills • SQL is a must-have • Python and Looker experience is a plus • Working understanding of UK lending regulations • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ship product changes • Strong communication skills and ability to articulate decision points • Some project management and cross-team coordination experience • Ability to collaborate with diverse teams • Visa sponsorship may be available
