Beschreibung

• Provide a consultative approach by partnering with clients to produce exceptional results while building trust and commitment • Mentor Technical Consultants through their first projects, and delegate solutioning as needed • Build meaningful relationships with our clients and internal team members to provide technical knowledge of Boomi and UKG Pro WFM • Review technical requirements to assess estimates to be used in Statements of Work for our clients • Troubleshoot integrations to resolve client issues • Model Mosaic’s customer service vision of Guide, Anticipate, Exceed

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/related field or equivalent work experience • 5+ years of experience across the following disciplines: UKG Boomi Integration Development, Data Conversion, Database/SQL Development, Custom Application Development • Hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM • Hands-on experience with UKG Boomi Integration Development • Experience in business analysis, specification and requirement documentation, quality assurance, and testing • Ability to work fully remote and travel as needed for client work
