Beschreibung

• Serve as the bridge between sales and product organizations for services and cybersecurity offerings • Act as the voice of sales for feature development and prioritization • Provide sales enablement support and serve as the primary contact for offering questions • Prioritize and manage the Services & Cybersecurity OneList using Voice of Sales and Voice of Customer inputs • Determine suitable beta trial customers for upcoming products and solutions • Conduct customer Voice of Customer sessions • Translate feedback into product requirements and drive solution attach strategies • Ensure products and solutions are ready for sale and customer consumption • Use the D stream checklist to confirm market readiness • Bridge Offer Management, Product, launch assets, and Sales Hubs to reduce seller friction and streamline proposals • Communicate launches, cancellations, and process changes to sales teams and channel partners supporting North America State & Local government and Federal business • Develop and confirm business cases • Build selling tools such as SPIN questions, ROM quote guidance, and ecosystem integration strategies • Identify routes to market and strategies to increase sales • Guide offer teams on ecosystem sales and comprehensive multi-year customer outcomes • Provide targeted deal and RFP support for complex projects • Participate in sales meetings, trade shows, and customer-facing venues • Drive Services Adder strategies for recurring customer outcomes • Monitor metrics including services attach rates, enablement completion rates, delivered Voice of Sales items, and ROM quote velocity • Collaborate with account managers, sales leadership, sales operations, product managers, engineering, marketing, and service organizations

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in product management/engineering, marketing, sales, public safety or military; OR 6+ years of experience in those fields • Knowledge of managed and support services, professional services, lifecycle services, and cybersecurity solutions • Proven experience translating technical product capabilities into practical sales tools or GTM enablement programs • Familiarity with services attach strategies, lifecycle services, cybersecurity solutions, or SaaS/recurring revenue models • Understanding of financial trade offs, business case development, and product pricing • Experience in services delivery, cybersecurity, or related fields is beneficial but not required • Preferred candidates will reside in the United States • Ability to travel as needed
