Beschreibung

• Manage the full project lifecycle from Initiation through Closing. • Develop and implement a comprehensive Master Project Plan using automated project management tools. • Own the successful implementation and cutover for all emergency call handling projects. • Generate and maintain detailed project schedules (WBS). • Monitor financial objectives including revenue recognition and margin health. • Perform ongoing risk identification and qualitative/quantitative analysis. • Serve as the central point of contact for customers and internal cross-functional teams. • Organize and lead project kick-offs, status meetings, and steering committee reviews.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of experience managing external customers facing complex deployment programs and/or software application deployments required. • PgMP, PMP and/or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) are strongly desired. • Experienced with Public Safety communications systems is considered an asset. • Skilled in using project scheduling applications like Microsoft Project, Smartsheets, or similar applications and building intricate master schedules. • Must be a self-motivated team player able to work effectively with general guidance toward objectives. • Must be able to pass a criminal background check, and pass and maintain CJIS Security and Privacy: Privileged Role certification requirements. • Must have excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills. • A Master's Degree is considered an asset.
