Beschreibung

• Coordinate delivery of Motorola Solutions’ cybersecurity services for specific New York City customers • Oversee network security operations in collaboration with the Security Operation Center and Threat Intelligence Team • Serve as the primary interface to customer and NYC agency Network Security Teams • Create, track, and update release plans for security updates • Develop methods of procedure, schedule, and oversee Motorola Solutions security patches • Develop methods of procedure, schedule, and oversee third-party software patches for Microsoft, Linux, Aviat, and Nokia systems • Track the impact of security updates and patches on existing hardware • Manage firewall and logging server configuration • Identify network vulnerabilities and abnormal activity • Perform advanced behavioral analytics for internal data theft and exfiltration • Maintain the Customer Hub portal with current security-related information • Coordinate with the Field Service Operations Manager when security-related resources are needed • Generate monthly security reports and meet with customer Network Security representatives • Maintain and implement the MSI/Customer Security Escalation Process • Collaborate with the System Manager on day-to-day activities • Drive or conduct Secure Design Reviews and Threat Assessments • Support Risk Assessment and Mitigation Strategies • Support cybersecurity Incident Response and Crisis Management processes and activities • Monitor cybersecurity industry and technology trends and incorporate them into the organization

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3+ years of experience in a services business, displaying an understanding of the principles of service operations and customer support • 3+ years of program management experience, including customer-facing experience • 3+ years experience in LMR, RF Systems, Radio Communications, Radio Frequency, Motorola equipment, Wired/Wireless Communication Systems, IT Systems, Telecommunications, Cyber Security, Security Support, Public Safety, Engineering, Networking equipment or Military experience • Highly conversant in cyber security principles, including security patching, security monitoring activities, and threat intelligence concepts • Experience with Secure Design Reviews and Threat Assessments • Experience supporting Risk Assessment and Mitigation Strategies • Experience with vulnerability reporting and response communications • Experience supporting cybersecurity Incident Response and Crisis Management Processes/Activities • Ability to develop relationships and collaborate with customer Network Security teams and internal cybersecurity organizations • Experience directly working with end-user customers • Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex topics to non-technical audiences • Ability to present confidently and persuasively to internal and external customers • Must obtain Network+ and Security+ certifications within the first year of employment • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely; employer work permit sponsorship unavailable • Must be able to obtain background clearance as required by government customers • Must live within a commutable distance of the 5 boroughs of New York City • Local travel required; travel percentage under 25% (also stated as less than 10%)
