Beschreibung

• Own end-to-end functional solution architecture across Workday Financials workstreams for multiple clients simultaneously • Translate complex business and regulatory requirements into cohesive, scalable Workday designs • Lead architecture and design workshops and guide clients toward supportable Workday best-practice solutions • Anticipate cross-module dependencies and downstream impacts • Serve as functional authority and escalation point • Validate solutions are configurable, auditable, and sustainable • Architect solutions for public sector and K–12 requirements, including ACFR reporting, GASB accounting rules, encumbrance accounting, and fund-based budgeting • Partner with Finance, IT, HR, Payroll, and governance stakeholders • Act as primary client-facing Solution Architect and workstream lead • Communicate designs, tradeoffs, risks, and recommendations to executives and steering committees • Review and approve design documentation, configuration workbooks, and testing strategies • Surface risks related to data, compliance, integrations, and downstream processes • Ensure governed transitions to post-production support • Lead and mentor Functional Leads and Consultants • Coach junior consultants and promote collaboration across workstreams • Contribute reusable accelerators, templates, and intellectual property • Participate in pre-sales solutioning, estimates, and client presentations • Contribute public sector and K–12 Workday thought leadership • Support hiring, onboarding, and practice growth

🎯 Anforderungen

• 10+ years of Workday Financials or enterprise ERP implementation experience • At least 5 years of Workday delivery experience • Deep functional expertise in one or more Workday Financials domains: FDM, Financial Accounting, Grants, Procurement, or Financial Reporting • Meaningful public sector implementation experience in state and local government, K–12, or federal environments • Demonstrated experience designing complex solutions, leading delivery teams, and presenting confidently to executives • Minimum of two active Workday Implementer Certifications • Active Record to Report Workday Implementer Certification required • Must reside within the United States • Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship, now or in the future • Willingness to travel domestically up to 30%
