Beschreibung

• Support the Department of State with the development, modernization, integration, enhancement, and sustainment of enterprise applications • Provide technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Microsoft Power Platform, .NET technologies, application integration, cloud migration, and SQL Server database development • Apprise the Project Manager, COR, and GTM of significant IT operations and application development issues • Help lead application transformation and design new applications with modernized interfaces and architectures • Collaborate on migration from current platforms to cloud-based platforms • Attend customer meetings and serve as the primary liaison for technical solutions • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise solutions within Dynamics 365 CRM and Microsoft Power Platform • Configure custom entities, forms, views, business rules, workflows, and CRM security models • Develop CRM plug-ins, JavaScript web resources, and custom business logic using C#, JavaScript, and the Dynamics CRM SDK • Build and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate workflows • Develop and enhance custom applications using .NET, ASP.NET, Web API, C#, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and related technologies • Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions with external systems • Support SQL Server database development, stored procedures, views, triggers, data queries, and reporting • Support automated notifications, workflow processes, and system-triggered business logic • Troubleshoot application issues, support production systems, and implement enhancements • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, estimation, and status updates • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, document technical solutions, and deliver software

🎯 Anforderungen

• 10+ years of experience in the IT services or development field • Experience supporting IT application migration and development projects • Bachelor's degree or higher in statistics, computer science, mathematics, or a related field • 2–5 years of experience working with a cloud environment • Hands-on experience developing and supporting Dynamics 365 CRM solutions • Experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate • Strong development experience with C#, JavaScript, .NET, ASP.NET, Web API or similar Microsoft technologies • Experience developing CRM plugins, JavaScript web resources, custom entities, forms, views, workflows and security roles • Experience integrating enterprise applications using REST APIs, OData, JSON, XML and related integration methods • Strong SQL Server experience, including database development, stored procedures, views, triggers and reporting queries • Ability to lead projects using the Scrum/Agile framework and methodology • Experience leading teams, able to motivate and engage • Ideally has experience working in the Federal Government
