Beschreibung

• Participate as a member of an Agile development team • Develop new applications, enhance existing applications, and provide production application support • Produce deliverables across the application lifecycle, including production incident triage, end-user communication, ticket refinement, sizing and impact analysis, design documentation, unit testing, test design, deployment, code management, peer reviews, and agile sprint ceremonies • Serve as the senior-most developer on an Agile team of 3–6 other developers • Act as development liaison between Product/Business Analysts and Quality Assurance Testers • Perform hands-on technical design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance • Implement new technologies and follow development standards using the bank’s Appian PaaS environment • Complete and oversee systems analysis, design, and development for basic to complex systems • Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and UX Design teams on design artifacts • Inform implementation decisions, impacts, task estimations, and quality assurance activities using Appian expertise • Implement security models reflecting least-privilege principles and avoidance of toxic role combinations • Author systems architecture documentation, technical specifications, and technical tasks aligned to user stories • Create and maintain traceable, developer-friendly documentation • Maintain systems data in enterprise-wide technology tracking tools • Evaluate interrelationships among programs, interfacing applications, and platforms • Guide integration patterns with upstream and downstream systems • Communicate with stakeholders, product owners, scrum masters, and technology teams • Direct and monitor less experienced resources and coordinate development tasks • Keep current with Appian capabilities and recommend and implement new features • Ensure compliance with corporate, regulatory, risk, and internal control standards • Identify risk-related issues requiring escalation and support audit and regulatory issue remediation

🎯 Anforderungen

• Associate’s degree and a minimum of 7 years' solutions development and/or relevant enterprise technology experience, or a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years' solutions development and/or relevant enterprise technology experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 9 years' education and/or work experience including a minimum of 5 years’ solutions development and/or relevant enterprise technology experience • Expert proficiency in Appian platform • Associate Developer Certification required • Experience with Appian version 24.1 or newer required • Proficiency with Synced Records, Integration Objects, and Advanced SAIL UI development • Experience with Appian application administration, including process monitoring, memory and resource management, package management and deployment, security modeling, health checks, and Appian Support interaction • Hands-on experience with relational databases, including data architecture, table design, query optimization, performance monitoring, and stored procedure development • Demonstrated experience with unit testing of Appian objects and process models • Ability to produce risk-based test plans and guidance for QA teams • Hands-on experience with full stack software engineering • Experience with object-oriented languages, front-end Javascript/HTML frameworks, data access technologies, software packaging tools, and source code management tools • Experience with SIEM tools and log management platforms • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, YAML, DevOps toolsets, scripting, and test automation • Some experience with financial industry solutions and institutional financial products
