Beschreibung

• Lead and develop a small team of engineers responsible for experience optimization systems across personalization, experimentation, audience generation, and content delivery. • Help build and scale the platform that powers personalized, in-session experiences for users across the site. • Create clarity in ambiguous problem spaces by connecting technical constraints, business priorities, and user experience goals. • Coach and mentor engineers on technical decision-making, execution, and career growth.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field. • Experience leading engineering teams as a people manager, technical lead, or Tech Lead Manager. • Strong software engineering background with experience working across full-stack systems, with a backend-heavy focus. • Strong backend experience in languages such as Go or Python. • Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with Product, Design, and other cross-functional partners to drive technical direction, roadmap planning, and execution across complex, user-facing platform systems. • Ability to define technical direction in ambiguous spaces and break broad goals into actionable plans for a team. • A track record of mentoring engineers and helping teams raise the bar technically and operationally. • **Bonus Points:** • Experience building systems related to experimentation, personalization, segmentation, audience targeting, or decisioning is strongly preferred. • Proficiency in TypeScript or JavaScript and experience with modern frameworks such as Django or Flask.
