Beschreibung

• Independently manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring the team always works on the highest-impact work • Author well-structured epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria; leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatPRD, Rovo) to produce and refine backlog artifacts efficiently and at scale • Lead the planning of product release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities • Confirm that executed stories comply with Neumo’s Definition of Done • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure successful product releases • Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather and validate requirements and feedback • Work closely with senior leadership to inform product strategy and provide updates on product progress and milestones • Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape to inform product decisions and strategy • Ensure the product aligns with user needs, business goals, and technical capabilities • Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives • Monitor and report on product performance, quality, and usage metrics • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• 2+ years • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 2+ years’ experience working in Agile methodology with a deep understanding of the phases of the Software Development Life Cycle; preferably in a Product Owner or Business Analyst role • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • Public sector or public sector software experience desired; tax administration, short-term rental, or revenue management solutions a plus • Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, and Figma; experience with AI productivity tools (e.g., Claude, ChatPRD, Copilot) to accelerate story creation and analysis • Understanding and experience with technical solutions and components (APIs, Middleware, Services, SQL)
