Beschreibung

• Set the 3–5 year product strategy and maintain the product roadmap • Translate Neumo’s product lines into a differentiated product vision tied to enterprise growth goals • Own product budgets, performance, risk, and key metrics including ARR, net revenue retention, adoption, and time to value • Make organizational-design decisions and build a scalable product organization • Coach Directors and Managers, lead senior hiring, manage succession planning, and develop product leaders • Lead enterprise-wide product initiatives and cross-functional transformation • Advise the C-suite on strategic opportunities, investments, risk remediation, and build-buy-partner decisions • Maintain product mission and culture aligned with improving government services • Represent Neumo product to major clients, partners, industry forums, and executive audiences • Establish the product operating model, standards, governance, discovery-to-delivery practices, pricing, and packaging • Champion modern, AI-assisted product practices and secure, responsible AI-enabled capabilities for regulated public-sector products • Collaborate with product and engineering peers to strengthen the combined organization • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree with advanced degree preferred, or equivalent experience • 10+ years of experience, including significant people-management and leadership experience in a growing software or SaaS business • Proven success leading a product function at scale and developing leaders • Deep government-technology and market expertise preferred • Track record of owning budgets, financial performance, and organizational design • Ability to develop enterprise strategy and lead organizational change • Fluency in SaaS economics, including ARR, retention, pricing, and profitability • Executive communication with board, client, and partner presence • Leadership development and organizational design expertise • Change leadership and transformation at scale • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for most of the day • Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery • Ability to occasionally move about inside the office • Frequent communication via telephone and video conferencing
